They gave me a fair priced quote over the phone, towed me to their facility, and fixed my car in one day with a one year warranty. After having a horrible experience with Tire Kingdom, they were a breath of fresh air. Thank you -2000 Jeep Wrangler clutch master/slave and throwback bearing.

I was intending to send you a thank you email for your great service. Twice I have had a problem with my Jag and twice you have fixed it without any delay, telling me my options and costs up front. Having a car fixed is never pleasant but you make it as painless as possible. I hope not to have any more car troubles ever, but if I do I will be on your door step once more

Not sure how to write this without going on and on how greatful I am to Sammy at this AAMCO. I lost my husband a few years ago and he was always the one to take care of our vehicles. I know very little about cars. But a few weeks ago right before hurricane Helene I was driving home from my heart doctors office when my car just stopped moving while crossing a very busy street. The engine was on but it wasn't moving. Anyhow to make a long story short. I called aamco and asked for help. Sammy had a tow truck come tow my car to his shop. My daughter picked me up. I didn't know Sammie or aamco. Wasn't even sure exactly where his shop was. But from the very beginning Sammie made me feel comfortable and feel like I could trust him. It turned out my transmission needed to be replaced or rebuilt. I had no money to do this. I needed time to figure out what to do. Meanwhile Helene came around and delayed things but Sammie said I could leave the car until things were worked out. Then Hurricane Milton shows up once again delaying things. Sammie was so helpful and kind through it all. He was always so polite and patient when calling him. He explained things to me in detail. My air had broke down a year ago and I asked him to look it while he had my car. Which he did. While looking everthing over they ended up finding a Throttle problem. It turned out it was just really dirty, so they cleaned it at no charge. Talking to Sammie I felt he was being very honest with me. After securing a loan I had him fix the transmission and air. They really did a great job. I must have called them 10 times while they had the car. I was probably driving them crazy with questions and not making a decision faster. But if he was frustrated with the calls I never knew it. I was treated with kindness and patients every time. I know Sammie went beyond and above helping me get my car back. He treated me like a family member. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs transmission work or air work to call this AAMCO and ask for Sammie!! Customer service seems to be a lost art. It is very difficult to get good customer service. But not here at this AAMCO. Thank you Sammie so very much to you and your guys for treating this lady with honesty, patience, care and great work. You made a very stressful time alot easier to get through.

We were working in the area on hurricane Helene, and having transmission trouble on a crew vehicle. Mark, Sam and everyone at this AAmco made it a point to get our truck back to work ASAP. One of the best repair experiences I've had while on the road. I can't say enough good about this place ! Thanks again guys .

I noticed my 2008 Jeep Rubicon was shaking while driving a constant 40-43mph around town and stopped at a local Jeep Dealer for service, they performed a $725.00 repair to replace the steering dampener that didn’t solve the problem, I took the service writer for a ride to demonstrate that, they came back with a list of repairs for the transmission to replace the torque converter exceeding $7,000.00 with some other minor stuff and suggested I trade it in on a new Jeep… I stopped at AAMCO Transmission located at Countryside and spoke with Sammy (Sam Jr.) and was given a very reasonable estimate of $1650.00, Sammy took the time to explain everything associated with the repair including any possible other things that might “pop-up” in the course of repairs, he treated me like a valued customer right off the bat, something that’s oddly missing at a lot of places. I picked up the Jeep up, the price was exactly what was quoted and the Jeep runs like new, even the throttle response is snappy and immediate, causing my wife and I to wonder just how long it needed a transmission repair - I had even bought a new car in the meantime thinking that, “here we go again, once a car starts needing expensive repairs, more follows, nickle-diming us to death” The Jeep is so great, we’re not selling it, I love that Jeep even more now and I’m scheduling our other cars for a transmission service! Thanks Sam, Sammy and all the technicians at AAMCO for restoring my faith in an honest, reputable service shop I can count on in the future!
